Overseas Voter Registration Centers opened in Davao, Cebu and San Fernando, Pampanga

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Overseas Voting Secretariat (DFA-OVS), announced last Wednesday, August 5, 2015, that six (6) Overseas Voter Registration Centers (OVRCs) in the Philippines were opened in the month of July 2015 to process overseas voter applications for registration/certification in preparation for the 2016 Presidential Elections.
OFWs as well as immigrants, seafarers and students who are about leave for abroad, and who are not yet registered as Overseas Voter, may now register at the following newly launched facilities:
3rd Floor, SM City Davao, Quimpo Blvd., Ecoland, Brgy. Malina
2F Robinson’s Star Mill City
4th Level, Pacific Mall-Metro Mandaue, UN Ave. cor. MC Briones St., Brgy. Estancia, MandaueCity
Level 1 Lingkod Pinoy Center, EDSA cor. Ortigas Ave.
5th Floor, SM City Manila, Conception St., Manila
Level 2 Ali Mall Cubao, Quezon City

Citigold Center, 1345 Pres. Quirino Ave. cor. Osmeña Highway, Manila
Victoria cor. Solana Sts., Intramuros, Manila
Terminals 1, 2 and 3, Pasay City
EDSA cor. Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong
4th Floor, First Maritime Place, 7458 Bagtikan Street, San Antonio Village, 1203 Makati City
All Filipino citizens who expect to be abroad during the thirty day (09 April – 09 May 2016) overseas voting period for the 2016 Presidential Elections, at least 18 years old on May 9, 2016, and not otherwise disqualified by law, may personally register as an overseas voter, at all Philippine Foreign Service Posts (FSPs) including the three (3) Manila Economic and Cultural Offices (MECO), at the above listed OVRCs and at other COMELEC approved field/mobile registration centers.
