I am happy to announce that on 30 August 2022, my wife, Mrs. Sylvia Lina and I successfully closed the acquisition of AC Logistics of a 60% interest in AIR21 Holdings, Inc. (AHI). It is a remarkable milestone to partner with the Ayala Group, which is one of the largest and most respected business conglomerate in the Philippines.

Together with AC Logistics, we share the vision of becoming the leading and most respected end-to-end supply chain solutions provider, offering best-in-class customer care and value with the most effective, innovative, tech-enabled, and sustainable practices. With the Ayala Group’s strength and our expertise in logistics and waste management, we are confident to realize this vision to be of greater service to you, and to our country.
