Dear Valued Customer,

With the Enhanced Community Quarantine in place, travel in and around Luzon and major cities nationwide has been restricted.  As of now, only medicines and food items are currently being allowed to pass through the various checkpoints.  Please bear with us as we have to take some extraordinary measures at this time.

Effective March 17, 2020, we will only accept medicines, medical products, medical supplies and the like for delivery within the Luzon area. We can also transport food items and other essentials such as soap, alcohol, sanitation products. Pick-ups and deliveries for any other goods will be temporarily suspended with the Luzon area for the time being.  Also, due to numerous inspections and check-points along the route, we are also advising our customers to expect delays.

For the Vismin area, please call our Customer Service Hotline (63-2)8854-2100 for delivery arrangements as many cities in that region have also declared Community Quarantines.

We will inform you of any new developments as soon as we become aware of them. We are closely coordinating with member agencies and departments of the IATF.

We thank you for understanding  and we join you and the rest of the nation in praying for a final solution to this health crisis. Our joint safety is our utmost priority.
