AIR21 Stores is now an Apple gadget drop off center

AIR21 Stores (formerly Mail and More) becomes the new partner of Power Mac Center in accommodating Apple gadgets for repair.
 
Carrying a total of 140 branches nationwide, AIR21 Stores will definitely be a convenient drop off point for Apple users who need their gadgets repaired. Based on the statement released by the PowerMac Center Marketing Group, their trust to AIR21 Stores is grounded by “premium service needs a premium partner. Power Mac Center does not compromise our quality of service and that includes having a courier partner that provides an equally uncompromising customer service and who also values the products that we care for – and AIR21 meets that stringent requirement.”
 
The process is simple: gadget owner must first contact Power Mac Center for gadget evaluation. Upon evaluation, an endorsement letter will be given to the customer that will become the basis for the AIR21 Store designated drop off center. As the customer steps in the store, necessary documents must be filled out to enable shipment and repair. A notification will be given to the customer if the gadget is already good for pick up.
 
To keep up with the AIR21 standards of shipment handling, owner shall be the one to provide secured packaging for their item prior to turning over to the AIR21 Store agent. The agent, hence, may guide the customer on how to properly pack the gadget.
